Customer Use Case:

Problem: Different Bottle Sizes Without Altering the Fill

Most filling machines have one kind of nozzle designed for one specific bottle. The customer had a need to fill different types of bottles with different size. The change to a different nozzle to accept the new bottle would cost the customer more and required skilled mechanics.

Solution: Milton Tools re-engineered and created a new nozzle head for the machine to accept different nozzles

Result: Milton Tools was able to help the customer cut down 75% of change over time, and created a mechanism that no longer required a skilled mechanic for the changeover process. The new nozzle mechanism also reduced maintenance costs for the customer, enabling them to purchase new replacement nozzles as opposed to replacing the complete nozzle.
